GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION
Monthly meeting luncheons take place on the first Wednesday of each month in the Club at Longshore beginning at 11:00 a.m. We kick off each meeting with a “meet and greet”, a time for chit chat and getting acquainted, followed by a business meeting, luncheon and a guest speaker or stimulating program, including play performances, high teas, our annual fashion show, how-to demonstrations, game playing, sing-alongs and so much more.
How to sign up for a meeting
Our members receive an email 2 weeks prior to the monthly luncheon meeting, with a link to the online registration form. Simply fill in the form and Submit. You will immediately receive an email confirming your entries. To add guests no later than the Sunday before the meeting, go back to the original email you received with the link and sign up your guests.
If this is one of your first few meetings you may wish to sit at the New Members table. This option is available on the Meeting Sign Up form
How to cancel
Should you need to cancel your reservation, Contact Us as soon as possible. Untimely cancellations could result in your LL account being charged for the meal. Cancellations on the day of the meeting, including illness, will result in your being charged for the meal. You have the option of picking up your ordered meal on that day or asking another member to pick it up for you.
Attending the Meeting
Don’t forget to wear your engraved name badge to each meeting! There is a 25 cent charge for a paper name tag if you arrive without it.
Check in at the welcome table.
Purchase raffle tickets $1 each, 6 for $5; sold until 5 minutes before meeting starts.
Half of the proceeds go to our Who We Serve projects.

All members and their guests from outside Longshore are most welcome!
